The Greatest Morning Ritual
One of THE greatest practices I’ve ever been guided by my mentor to do, happens in the morning.
Before getting out of bed, as soon as I wake up, I check in with my state of being (thoughts & feelings).
The question I ask myself when feeling into this:
“Am I unknowingly bringing my yesterday into today, or, am I consciously choosing who I am now, in this moment?”
Almost always, I’ll find a faint anxiety or story from the day before (weeks or years before sometimes), lingering, stealing energy, so it can rebirth itself through me again and again.
The practice then is to breathe and dream into my power zone; my happy place if you will. And to stay with this till I have consciously activated affirmative thought forms and the chemistry (feelings) to match.
This sets me up to have a ‘new’ day, mentally and emotionally. I choose this intentionally.
By now, if you’ve followed my work or seen my lessons in Pleasure School, you’ll understand that the inner environment shapes the experience (and form) of my outer environment.
I have that power. That is my power! And it’s through practices like this, I train myself to become a master creator of a life I choose.
Repetition is key. To super charge a practice like this - do it again, repeatedly throughout your day.
And so - tomorrow is Monday. Start your week with this.
