Disconnection Is Dying

Disconnection is dying. It’s dying because it has to. It’s dying because the consequence of disconnection - is the the death of us: the Earth family.

The single greatest force of separation and disconnection is judgment. At the core of judgment you’ll find fear.

Our antidote is connection. Because at the core of connection you’ll find love.

It’s time to hold ourselves accountable to where we live in fear.

It’s time to step up and choose empathy and compassion.

Don’t just put coins in the hat of the homeless person on the street - give them some of your time, presence, a smile and offer of support, whatever that is for you.

Show respect and curiosity to those of different culture, colour and creed.

Stick up for those who are marginalised, oppressed and discriminated against.

Extract your head from your ass and do something radical, selfless, defiant and just.

Bury your fingers into the cracks that are showing up in our system and culture that is fundamentally unequal. Grip firmly, rip a chunk off, and throw it to the floor.

Demand respect for all. Be selfless. Be bold. Be brave. Love your neighbour and protect them like they were your own blood. If we stand together then we’re in it together. They can’t kill us all.
