The Foundations Of Health For Great Sex: Part Two

Have you ever caught yourself deep in a worrying thought where 5, even 10 minutes have passed without you realising?

Suddenly you spring out of your mental abyss and realise you’ve been holding your breath for a really long time.

I’ve done that. Heaps. And it impacts my mind and body in a stressful way.

I’m sure you know by now that stress creates a phenomenally long list of side effects and symptoms of poor health. Different people manifest symptoms of stress in different ways. For some this can look like a weakened immune system, or a neurotic mind, or physical fatigue. For others, it can show up in their Sex life and sexual function.

Holding your breath, breathing short and shallow or having an ‘inverted’ breathing pattern, will fan the flames of stress big time.

Fortunately, conscious breathing done with correct breathing mechanics, down regulates stress response REALLY quickly and REALLY effectively.

I love this kinda knowledge. Helps me A LOT!
