This is a piece I’m very passionate about. If we want to be sexually alive and thriving, then health foundations cannot be overlooked or bypassed. So many issues of low libido or under functioning sex organs stem back to simple rituals in life.

Think in terms of the foods we reach for, the quality of our sleep the quality of our breathing and the balance in how we move and exercise.

If we are suboptimal in how we go about these daily practices, we move into a stressed state. Stress influences and impacts how we show up in the bedroom and also how we show up to life, relations, goals execution, etc.
