Morning reminder - to accept yourself and your life exactly as it is right now.

Maybe you fucked up big time recently? You might be injured, or sick, or broke. The relationship you’re in could be a shambles or perhaps the marriage has come to a close.

A common one, is thinking you should be further along your life path than what you are.

Maybe you’re afraid. Or single and not wanting to be.

Whatever it is (because we all fall off centre sometimes), this is your reminder to accept your current situation and stop fighting and judging yourself about it. It’s ok to like yourself even if you’re not nailing it.

In fact, if you can like yourself and accept it all - in the face of disarray - you’re going to have a positive inner shift the moment acceptance drops in.

It takes a while for the life lessons to make sense. When has a hard time not been a lesson for you? That’s right....never! They always are.

Accept it all, enjoy the ride, surrender to the bigger picture of your journey and go from there.
